Pentecost Liturgy Celebrated

Public Liturgies resumed this weekend. Saturday 4:00pm and Sunday 8:30am. We will however, continue to record and post liturgies, for our home bound parishioners and friends.

Public Services this weekend!

By decree of our Bishop, our Ukrainian Greek Catholic Parishes in Luzerne County are now able to open up again, beginning this weekend May 30th and 31st – THE FEAST OF PENTECOST.

Liturgy schedule returns to normal. Saturday 4pm and Sunday 8:30am.
At Saint Vladimir’s in Edwardsville, Sunday at 10:30am.

Wearing a mask is MANDATORY. No one will be admitted without a mask. Social Distancing will be practiced – 6 feet distance between one another. A clean, sanitized gold spoon will be used for each communicant.

Repairs Underway

Long awaited repairs to our church cross are underway, last Tuesday crews removed the stainless steel cross from the top of the onion dome and temporarily sealed the dome until repairs on the underlying cross support can be made and the cross reattached.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!

Our Church remains closed for public health reasons associated with the COVID-19 crisis.

Father Paul is alternating this week, in accordance with the Bishop’s Memorandum, and offering Liturgy at Our Mission Parish, Saint Vladimir’s, in Edwardsville.  All Mother’s and Women of both parishes will be included in his prayer intentions at that liturgy.
